Scientific and cognitive aspect presented in the article concern two elements: the theory of stakeholders and business models.The aim of this paper is to determine the relationship between stakeholders of organization and their impact on the business model.Proposed model of sustainable business with Shoes four perspectives of Color Swatch stakeholders has been described on the A.Osterwalder and Y.Pigneur model case, which has been extended including sustainable development and risk assessment.
The analyze brought us to the conclusion that business model is the result of an iterative design process, which is defined by stakeholders prospects.
